What Is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis is a natural state of selective, focused attention accessing our ability to enter a unique state of consciousness. Our thoughts become open to countless possibilities for healing the physical and spiritual selves. The focused state of hypnosis allows changes to intentionally be made “automatically”, Hypnosis is a natural, yet altered state of mind where your conscious mind is relaxed, so that your subconscious mind can receive positive suggestions.

Client sessions are strictly confidential, in a private office setting. Sessions may include any combination of Hypnotherapy Techniques including Positive Suggestions, Guided Meditation, Parts Work, Childhood Regression, Past Life Regression, and Breathwork as well as Basic Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).

In your first session, we will take some time to explore your struggles and how to best reach your goals. We will discuss what hypnosis and other techniques are and the course of action that will best suite your needs. Hypnosis not a cure, but does allow clients to enjoy positive change in many areas of life.

We are a team in this process, so your commitment to being open and honest is key. Together, we will create an action plan to bring resolution to your most pressing issues using the techniques described above. Then, we will do a powerful session to begin aligning your deep inner mind with your goals.
